Please read the following terms carefully before joining a Paddle Blue paddle board session. Confirming in the booking form means you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that I am joining the paddle activity voluntarily and understand the basic risks involved in balance-based water sports.

2. Health Statement

I confirm that I do not have a serious health condition that would prevent me from joining the activity and that I will seek medical advice if unsure.

3. Water Safety

I agree to follow the guide's safety instructions, basic water-safety rules, and life jacket guidance when required.

4. Equipment Responsibility

I will use the provided equipment with care and may be held responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse or negligence.

5. Limitation of Liability

Paddle Blue cannot be held responsible for sudden weather changes, natural conditions, or risks created by behavior that ignores safety guidance.

6. Photo and Video Consent

I understand that session photos and videos may be used in Paddle Blue's promotional channels unless I opt out before the session begins.

7. Cancellation Terms

I may request a cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible. Paddle Blue reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or safety conditions.
